Last night concluded with several pints with pals at a Commercial Drive (Vancouver) eatery called Waazubi's. Tasty Crannog ales ( http://www.crannogales.com/ ) and some decent grub was just the thing to escape too much work and too much war.
A new day -- and the war drags on. Feeling lazy this morning, but in reality there is a lot of work to do. I have an 8 hour edit shift starting at 4 -- which means 2 days of work in one. The same tomorrow, and all the way until Monday (3/31).
No word from the NFB regarding the "Picture This" competition for funding dollars. The announcement was to come Monday -- so I expect the worst. Also, have not heard anything further from National Geographic regarding the border photography. Ah well, the marketing continues.
