I think I know why CNN is languishing in the ratings -- they've forgotten what news is.
Proof? This "Breaking News" e-mail alert from April 16th:
"Ashton Kutcher is first to reach 1 million followers in Twitter contest with CNN."Yeah, CNN, you're breaking news alright.
Sigh. I hate television.
