As noted, I popped an oxy last night before going to bed. It helped me sleep, although I woke up twice to go to the bathroom.

I actually slept in a little -- until about 7:30am.

One thing: I had a calf cramp in my operated leg. It lasted for only a second, but was pretty disconcerting. Maybe I need to drink more water? I'm already trying -- and push 2 litres a day -- not including coffee and juice.

Lots of stuff to do... best start.

UPDATE:

Accomplished everything. Walked to supermarket, did laundry, got work done.

But I was tired far too early and it was a struggle to stay up past 10. Popped an oxy... and drifted off.

Exercise: 42 flights of stairs (laundry day!), 10 blocks walked + physio x2
