I've noticed that, since I moved, my eating habits have been poor.

Much of this is schedule based. But much is also due to having broken my George Foreman Grille.

You see, it is the best way to cook stuff like poultry, meat and even seafood. No muss, no fuss. Cleans up like a charm.

The big thing is being able to make some chicken breasts in only a few minutes. Thus, a quick way to eat well.

Today, Canadian Tire had the bigger version on sale for $35 off. It now sits on my counter.

It is now time to start a sustained plan of exercise and good eating. With Night of Artists done as of next Saturday, and a light schedule in August... the time is ripe.
