As I get ready to fly south, these posts are going to start getting brief. Like this one:
- spent the day sorting and packing
- took stuff out to my storage unit
- spent the afternoon with REW on a heated patio
- consumed wheat in liquid (beer) and solid (pizza) form
- crashed early!
Hip feeling OK. Shoulder too.
Exercise: Moving stuff, skipped physio
