I went to bed late (11ish) last night. Tried taking some Tylenol to see if that would help reduce the shoulder pain and increase my ability to sleep. Meh.
I woke up a couple of times, but managed to sleep until 7:30am. Not bad. But still pretty much status quo.
Agenda items: work. Downtown visit?
UPDATE:
I ended up going shopping for food/supplies. I walked about 30 blocks and stopped at the Nerd Bar for a pint.
Spent the evening working. Didn't get downtown. Maybe Wednesday.
